101 Healthy Recipes to choose from this Thanksgiving

Turkey week is upon us! Whatever your plans, I hope you are able to spend time with family and friends, watch a little football and eat lots of great food.

My favorite Thanksgiving memory is bundling up and heading out to the local HS football game with my Dad. My mom always packed a nice warm piece of banana bread in his pocket for a halftime snack. Even to this day, it doesn’t feel like Thanksgiving without a nice piece of cranberry or banana nut bread (and of course the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade). Isn’t it funny how childhood holiday memories become so ingrained?

Whether you’re hosting or house-hopping this year, I wanted to share these delicious recipes for you to make and share with your Thanksgiving peeps. It’s a collection of 101 healthy recipes put together by IIN students and graduates. From appetizers and sides to dinner and dessert, they’ve got everything in there to take you from Thanksgiving to Christmas and everything in between.

I’ll be keeping my tradition alive by trying this delicious looking bread.

Enjoy and happy Thanksgiving!
