I’ve had the idea for this program for months. I’ve found that so many people, moms especially, are interested in feeding themselves (and their families) healthy foods but don’t always have the tools and resources to do it consistently. Plus, life is busy. Where do you start? How do you keep going?
While these women aren’t always necessarily interested in dropping tons of weight, they want to feel good in their skin. They want to feel lighter, stronger and healthier. They need to have ideas in their back pocket for healthy snacks and meals that don’t take forever to prepare.
