I created this program for several reasons:
- Life gets in the way of a healthy and nutritional lifestyle. While we might be motivated when we begin, it’s easy to fall back into old habits.
- Even though I believe in simple and gentle cleanses, cleansing can be tough to do on your own. This program is designed to give you the support you need as you go through the process.
- I want you to know how good you feel when you get the junk out of your diet and start eating clean.
- I want to break the sigma that healthy eating means rice cakes and carrot sticks all day long. You can eat healthy, delicious food that doesn’t take long to prepare and feel completely satisfied and happy.
- Lots of new recipes you get to use over and over again.

For 7 days, you’ll be challenging yourself to give up the foods that are weighing you down and keeping you stuck. You’ll watch your cravings disappear and you’ll be amazed at how much better you feel without these foods in your diet:
But what’s left to eat, you might be wondering?
You’ll be eating delicious, healthy, seasonal foods packed with nutrients and vitamins.(Think hearty whole grains, vegetables, fruit, eggs and nuts.) You’ll be cleansing your body from the inside out.
I’m going to take all the guess work out of it for you and provide you with recipes and meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks so that you don’t have to worry about any of the details. The meals will be simple and easy to prepare, so you won’t be spending hours in the kitchen.
You won’t be adding any pills, powders or crazy supplements to your diet. This isn’t gimmicky. This is gentle and simple and a great way to reset your body and feel your best.
