With just a few diet and lifestyle changes, you can become healthier, sleep better, lose weight and feel more motivated and confident every day.

Together, we’ll focus on all the aspects of your life that work together to create a balanced and healthy you. Starting with your body, we’ll clean up your diet and give you easy strategies that will leave you lighter, healthier and more energized. You’ll learn to listen to your body, understand and beat your cravings. And we’ll work on a few simple strategies to build motivation to move your body and stay fit and active.

Next, we’ll focus on your personal goals. Are you ready to make a career change? Are you in a relationship rut? Do you want to become a mom? Maybe you’re looking for ways to rebalance your life, or find more time for yourself. Maybe you want to take up a hobby or sport, or pursue a goal like finishing a race. Would you like to work on building your confidence and finding your voice? Would you like to get more organized, tackle a house project or figure out how to add more hours into the day? (Okay I’m not THAT good!)
We’ll tackle it all. The point is, it’s up to you. Whatever your goals are, in any aspect of your life, we’ll map out plans to take you from where you are, to where you want to go. I’ll share with you my personal stories, draw from my experiences and help you create a personalized plan. I’ll coach you along, being your cheerleader and gently nudging you forward.

The program consists of 2 phone sessions per month plus email support in-between. Your program also includes:
- Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
- Simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
- Recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
- Access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes
- My personal commitment to your health and success
Pricing is $197/month. Minimum of 3 month commitment is strongly recommended.
