The 7-day Clean Food Challenge is a clean eating jumpstart for busy women who want to feel healthy, strong and energetic. It’s a gentle program and great for beginner “cleansers”. This is a great way to cleanse your body from toxins and processed foods and learn to eat delicious healthy, whole and seasonal foods. Plus, you’ll get tons of new recipes, a meal plan to follow, a shopping list and a whole lot of support and encouragement.  You’ll end the program with tons of energy and a new outlook on how to feed yourself to feel your absolute best.

DABL is a  4-week virtual course designed for Moms who are ready to live healthier, happier and easier right now.
So much changes when you become a mom, but you don’t have to lose yourself in the process of diaper changes, night feedings and toddler battles. Learn how to take care of yourself and take charge of your health and happiness so you can live the way you’ve always wanted (and not wait until your kids are in college to start living for yourself!).  The days of the “selfless mama” are over. We are the cornerstones of our families. A happy and healthy family starts with you.

Designed to bring healthy living to the workplace, Corporate Power Sessions include 15 minute personalized one-on-one consultations with each employee. Employees will walk away with recommendations and tips for improving their health, well-being and ultimately happiness in and outside of the office. Works great for a division or specific group within a workplace. Employees fill out a food and wellness journal one week before sessions begin.
